Njelimet Itu Cinta!
The story centers around Diana, a high school girl who is a complete whirlwind of energy and convictions. Diana is pretty, smart, fiercely independent, a passionate environmentalist, and a staunch defender of women's rights. Because she cares so deeply about everything, her daily life is incredibly hectic. She is constantly busy rejecting street food from unhygienic vendors, standing up to anyone attempting to cross social boundaries, and coming up with bizarre, over-the-thought ideas (like a foolproof plan to make sure no one can smell her own yawns or sneezes).
While Diana is a genius at saving the planet and handling daily chaos, she has one major, hilarious flaw: she is completely "dyslexic" when it comes to reading romantic signals. She is utterly clueless when a boy is interested in her.
Naturally, life decides to complicate things. Diana suddenly finds herself caught in a messy, "njelimet" love triangle involving two very different boys:
The Accident Victim: A male friend whom Diana accidentally injures through her own chaotic antics, but whom she subsequently has to swoop in and "save" from a life-threatening situation.
The Boy Next Door: Her literal neighbor who ends up saving her from a dangerous mishap in a highly bizarre, borderline gross, and un-Superman-like way.
As both boys enter her immediate personal orbit, Diana’s radar for romance is forced to switch on. She realizes that while navigating teenage love is far more complicated and confusing than saving the environment, it’s a riddle she eventually has to read carefully and choose a side on.
