EHIPASSIKO Pendidikan Agama Buddha dan Budi Pekerti Kelas 10 Fase E Kurikulum Merdeka
EHIPASSIKO is a Buddhist Religious Education and Character Development textbook for Grade 10 students in Phase E, developed in accordance with Indonesia’s Independent Curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka). Inspired by the Buddhist principle Ehipassiko, meaning “come and see,” the book encourages students to explore the Dhamma through learning, inquiry, reflection, personal experience, and practice.
The book guides students toward a deeper understanding of Buddhist teachings while helping them develop a mature spiritual outlook and strong character. Through Buddhist texts, stories, reflection, discussion, inquiry-based learning, and practical activities, students are encouraged to cultivate wisdom, mindfulness, compassion, ethical conduct, self-discipline, and responsibility.
As students enter a more advanced stage of education, the book connects Buddhist teachings with contemporary challenges and real-life experiences. It encourages them to think critically about their identity, relationships, choices, aspirations, and responsibilities while applying the principles of the Dhamma to everyday situations.
Ultimately, EHIPASSIKO seeks to nurture young Buddhists who are wise, mindful, compassionate, and responsible. The book invites students to move beyond simply knowing Buddhist teachings and to experience their transformative value through consistent practice, enabling them to contribute positively to their families, communities, and society. :::
