The story revolves around a quirky, vibrant teenage girl named Cinta. True to her name (which means "Love" in Indonesian), Cinta is a hopeless romantic who views the world through a lens of absolute optimism, expecting her life to unfold like a magical fairy tale.

Her ordinary school routine is turned completely upside down when she crosses paths with a mysterious, aloof, and incredibly handsome young transfer student who happens to be an aspiring magician. He performs dazzling sleight-of-hand tricks, illusions, and stage magic, earning the awe of the entire school. Fascinated by his talent and drawn to his guarded, quiet personality, Cinta becomes determined to unravel the secrets behind his illusions—and find a way into his heart.

The title Cintakadabra! is a clever, playful mashup of the word Cinta and the famous magical phrase Abracadabra. The narrative unfolds as a delightful, comedic game of cat-and-mouse. As Cinta attempts to crack the magician’s emotional exterior, she ends up accidentally volunteering for his magic tricks, causing hilarious classroom mishaps, and getting entangled in his chaotic personal life.
