Young Sherlock Holmes Black Ice

---

The story begins in London, 1868. Fourteen-year-old Sherlock Holmes goes to visit his brilliant older brother, Mycroft Holmes, at his usual haunt, the Diogenes Club. However, what should have been a routine visit quickly turns into a nightmare. Mycroft is discovered in a locked room holding a bloody knife, standing over the dead body of a prominent visitor. All the physical evidence points to Mycroft as the murderer.

Knowing his brother is entirely innocent, Sherlock leaps into action alongside his trusted tutor, Amyus Crowe. They quickly discover that the murder is merely a smoke screen for a much larger, sinister plot engineered by a mysterious, shadowy organization targeting the delicate balance of world power.

To clear Mycroft's name and stop the conspiracy, Sherlock, Crowe, and Crowe’s daughter, Virginia, must follow a trail of clues that leads them across Europe all the way to Moscow, Russia. Trapped in a freezing, unfamiliar city where the secret police watch every move, Sherlock must brave the treacherous winter elements, navigate palace politics, and survive deadly assassination attempts on the slick, black ice of Russia to unmask the true killers.
