In the kingdom of Aethelgard, the horizon has not seen the golden hue of sunset in a generation. Instead, every evening, the firmament bleeds into a deep, ominous crimson—a phenomenon known as the "Red Sky." While the people have grown accustomed to the eerie glow, legends whisper that the sky serves as a burning warning of a forgotten pact between the earth and the celestial realms.

The story follows Elara, a young cartographer who discovers an ancient star chart that contradicts the known history of the world. As she traces the ley lines depicted on her map, she realizes that the red color is not merely a natural wonder, but a physical barrier—a seal meant to contain something vast and ancient trapped in the upper atmosphere.

When the sky begins to pulse with a rhythmic, thunderous light, the political powers of the land clash over how to interpret the omen: some seek to harvest the celestial energy for war, while others believe they must perform a sacrificial ritual to appease the heavens. Amidst the chaos, Elara must race against time to decipher the star chart and uncover the truth behind the seal. She discovers that the "Red Sky" is fading, and if it disappears completely, the boundary between their world and a long-forgotten threat will dissolve, plunging Aethelgard into an eternal night.
