Mimbar Okt 2019 - Esse Est Sevire kita ada untuk melayani

---

Mimbar October 2019 – Esse Est Servire: We Exist to Serve is a reflective publication centered on the theme of service as an essential expression of Christian faith and community life. Inspired by the Latin principle esse est servire, meaning “to be is to serve,” the publication explores how individuals and communities can embody faith through acts of service, compassion, solidarity, and responsibility toward others.

Through reflections, articles, experiences, and perspectives on Christian life, the publication highlights the importance of placing the needs of others at the heart of service. It presents service not merely as an obligation or activity, but as a way of living that reflects love, humility, commitment, and concern for human dignity. The theme is connected to everyday life and encourages readers to discover opportunities to serve within families, schools, communities, and society.

Mimbar October 2019 serves as a resource for personal reflection, community discussion, and spiritual formation. Ultimately, the publication invites readers to understand that genuine faith is expressed through concrete actions and that a life dedicated to serving others can become a meaningful witness to Christian values in the world.
